Best realtor Bharti and Jessa Mae for sure. My realtor actually knew everything any house buyers require from their realtor including facts, and reality. Tried going through this company to apply for a rental! In the beginning communication was great and smooth but after looking at the rental, we notified Bharati that we wanted to moved forward. That’s when all communication went either slow or now response. She asked for pay stubs and my offer letter as I was starting a new job. Sent that off and she said she would have her office send the docusign so we could apply. Well 5 or so days later. Govind is very professional, experienced, and market aware. Despite his knowledge he is Simple, down to earth with great attitude. He helped us both selling and purchasing a house. On selling the house, he guided us to what needed to be fixed and worked with us to stage the house. Reviewed the offer and net sheets for each offers.
