Service was very bad from the start to the end I rented 3 boats from them and repeatedly said I wanted the which to boats I wanted together etc. they called in 30 minutes before our time and said that time was pushed back and gave me another address to meet the people that was at the Hollywood location had to drive to the Miami location smh I get there on time to dock the wrong boat was there so I settled and took the boat anyway my caption was horrible bad attitude and is not a good vibe at all I think his name was Ricardo ... read more

Awesome experience with kaleb! Made for an enjoyable afternoon. No issues at all and he was very social with our party - couldn’t recommend a better experience.
