Extremely disappointing experience. The yacht was poorly maintained and nothing worked as promised. There was no ice or water bottles, even though they were supposed to be provided. The AC didn’t work, the bathroom didn’t work, and the boat smelled bad the entire time. The speakers also didn’t work. I would give them a 0 if I could, this is hands down the worst yacht company I have ever dealt with in Miami. We rented a yacht and it was awful, old, stinky carpets, the bedrooms looked like someone had just had sex in them and to top it off we could only use one bathroom because the second one was so full of junk that you couldn’t even walk inside. I had an amazing experience with Dream Cars Miami! The communication with the company was excellent from start to finish. The yacht was extremely comfortable, clean, and spacious — exactly what we were looking for. We departed right on time, and everything went smoothly. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch yachting experience!
