I got a keratin treatment and a haircut here, and I’m really happy with the results! My hair feels so smooth and looks amazing. The service was great — Mitra was friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend!

Mitra ruined my hair. Went in for a bang trim and she gave me the shortest, most uneven/inconsistent, shapeless bangs I've ever gotten in my life - when I asked for a simple trim of my curtain bangs. She blamed me for raising my eyebrows but even with my brows raised high the bangs don't come close to touching them. If I were her I would've apologized and given a refund but there was no accountability for butchering my bangs that will take many weeks, maybe even months, to grow out.
