I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dream Beauty Laser and Spa. I had an appointment booked and confirmed, and I drove an entire hour into the city specifically for this visit—only to arrive and be told that my reservation had been canceled. No phone call, no email, no courtesy message whatsoever. This level of disregard for a customer’s time is completely unacceptable. Heights of UNPROFESSIONALISM- I booked my appointment yesterday for pedicure. The lady who answered the call advised me to come at 5pm and I got my appointment booked for 5pm but when i reached there and called them the lady who answered my call said sorry we are closed. Lol! Then y u booked me for 5pm. They wasted my time . I specially made adjustments at work for this.

I had a terrible experience at Dream Beauty Salon, and unfortunately this was not the first time. I had already left a review earlier regarding their nails and laser hair removal, hoping they would improve, but things actually got worse. For nails, the staff was careless and rushed. This was one of the worst manicures I have had.The technician lacked attention to detail,cuticles were poorly done, very untidy work.Requested a different colour but they did something else which was fine for me but it started chipping next day.
