It's sad to have to leave this review, but my goal is simply to encourage this business to do better and be more professional, as proper communication is important to most people. I booked an appointment for a deep condition & hot oil treatment for my locs, along with a retwist for Friday Nov 29th. My locs have been struggling because of the lack of care that was put into locking my hair and then I paid over 200$ for a retwist that didn’t even look good in the end. I’m going to the dreadqueen where I know locs gon get taken care of. Do better.
