I always feel like I’m at home when I’m here. Feels like a cousin doing my hair by the stove in the kitchen. Gifted hands in my head and it means the most when you are given maintenance instructions in between your maintenance. Not just a wash and style and go. Complete care for your hair.

I did a virtual consultation with Dotie and told her how long I've been looking for an experienced loctician who could color, trim and style. I chose the Cedar Hill location because I didn't want to deal with Dallas traffic so she recommended Nikki. Nikki is a godsend! She contacted me a week before my appointment to go over the color and other details. She knew exactly what I was looking for and she did an amazing job! I am so very pleased with my hair and definitely will continue going to Nikki!

Loctician: Dotie Service: Crochet Maintenance and Loc reattachments Everyone in the shop was friendly and had great customer service. The wash was AMAZING and the products they used were soothing, smelled great, and left my hair hydrated for far longer than my store bought experiences. This is my second time at the salon with Heather. I recommend her but dont take my opinion - take my experience. Walked was greeted and shown where to go. Hair was thoroughly washed. Then I sat in the chair. I wanted loc extensions/reattachments, but I was not able to get them because of the health of my hair. I let my ‘semi-freeform’ locs get a little out of hand in the past 2-3 years; Michole did a thorough cleanse to take care of buildup and Sadé was able to find my parts again and refresh my locs quickly and efficiently. Sade was very skilled and attentive especially considering it was my first time going to a loctitian with this set (self started, 6 years old)
