Really disappointing. I grew out my hair for 3 years to get dreads and they were very loose around the roots and I said I wanted the tips of the ends left open but on some of the dreads half the length of my hair wasn’t even in the dread. I discussed the issue with Ginny and she wanted to charge me maintenance 3 days after getting them to make the roots tighter as well as charge me more again for rounding off the ends. I was fortunate to attend a one on one dreadlock training course with Ginny and it was absolutely fantastic. Ginny has a wealth of knowledge and structured the course in a simple and engaging way that made it super easy to follow. Her hospitality was beautiful and I had the best sleep in the yurt. Really good experience getting my new dreads done by Ginny. She did an excellent job and was very easy to talk to. I found it a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
