Really disappointing. I grew out my hair for 3 years to get dreads and they were very loose around the roots and I said I wanted the tips of the ends left open but on some of the dreads half the length of my hair wasn’t even in the dread. I discussed the issue with Ginny and she wanted to charge me maintenance 3 days after getting them to make the roots tighter as well as charge me more again for rounding off the ends.
