If I could leave a ZERO, i WOULD. All I did was place a call. The woman whom answered the phone, "Yes?" No greeting? No go this is...so and so with.....what can I help you with?" Just....."yes"? RUDE. I won't even bother trying to go there. Greet your customers, make them feel welcome. I wouldn't want that energy being put into my hair! You lost an opportunity for a high paying potential client!
Chonte (Dread Doctor) was amazing. She not only did an excellent job on my hair, she created a relaxing and welcoming environment on my 1st visit. Loved both my hair and experience with her.

We made the appointment for the install, and before I left the salon, I sent her a deposit via CashApp. A few days later, I won tickets to a WNBA game in Vegas and had to reschedule my appointment.
