I want to start by thanking Melissa’s assistant, Dan. Even though they had a fully booked day and weren’t sure they could make it to me, he listened to every emotion during the hardest phone call I’ve ever had to make. He checked in with me all afternoon and made sure my sweet boy didn’t have to suffer through another two days of pain to finally find peace. I could never thank him enough for that.
