Contrary to what I’ve read from one other reviewer.. I feel as though she is confused with regard to the experience I have come to know and trust with treatment received from Dr. Simon as well as his staff. They have been treating me for greater than 8 yrs. He has helped me with my knee which was reconstructed more than 20yrs ago.. plenty of arthritis as well as range of motion issues .. following the arthroscopic surgery.. Same poor experience as others. No response to many email & ph messages . No call ph appt . Excuses excuses . He avoids for a reason. Not reliable . No obvious understanding of his oath to his profession.
Dr Simon treated me several times over several years. Very kind and efficient. I asked him about a separate issue and he immediately sent me for x-rays. Had results within 30 minutes.
