Incredibly rude intake staff. As a social worker I would not (and will not) recommend this place to anyone. When advising of insurance rather than saying I'm sorry I don't take that, they hang up on you. Condescending and rude. Not a great way to behave if you're going to work in this environment.

Great staff and the counseling was very helpful for me personally. I learned to make healthy habits and left with the tools to stay clean long term. Made some cool friends and will always be grateful to the staff that helped me detox when I first arrived.
Springfield Detox Medical Clinic is a truly one of a kind place, a sanctuary for anyone in need of help with drug or alcohol addiction. The clinical staff is beyond qualified, highly intelligent, and geared toward each individual guest in a way I can't describe in words. They provide a comfortable substance abuse treatment environment and a fun daily program to guide residents toward successful/meaningful lives.
