Anyone who lives in New York knows it’s hard to find affordable, dependable places. I was astounded at how easy my watch battery replacement was. I was in and out in 5 minutes and it was under 10 dollars. I’d seen other places quote me triple that. Manager was extremely friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs watch repair or battery replacement. Will use again if needed!
Before I went to DRD jewelry. I called and I spoke to Eliazar. Over the phone he was very pleasant and open to my inquiry regarding the repair that I was asking him to address. A friend of mine has an old slogan pin. However it’s missing the circular pin attachment that would allow the slogan pin to be worn on a jacket, blouse, hat or a coat. Eliezer is fantastic! He repaired, re-strung, shortened and even helped me re-design a number of pearl and gold chains. His work was beautiful and quick and he is super friendly. It is a huge plus to have him in the neighborhood!
DRD had amazing service and with a smile too! He gave me a shockingly great price too. I highly recommend him to everyone!
