I have never been to a business where as a paying supporter of their business - the reception staff make you feel so unwelcome and in the tone of their emails (if they respond) and voice you’re treated as a “nuisance” and interruption. How about thinking for a moment that without your customers you have no job? luckily for this business - the surrounding small towns have no services and Bundaberg too has little options.
