I saw Dr Channa Kolb in Buffalo, New York for years. She helped me tremendously. She is the most caring and knowledgable Nuerologist I have ever had!! Anyone under her treatment is very fortunate!

Excellent! We transferred my mother’s care in the middle of the pandemic due to a move. Our first visit was online and went very well. We had a follow up in person visit when the office reopened. Dr Szigeti closely reviewed and complimented the original neurologist’s notes. She answered all of our questions. Subsequent appointments have been with the mid level provider (and we just love her!) Great office- kind and efficient.
Dr Bhatia has performed a number of procedures on my husband and I have yet met him. After each procedure he only calls on cell phone to say how procedure went. Follow up appointments are always with his nurse practitioner. The device clinic hasn’t been much help when it comes to setting up home devices or the home monitors.
I never feel rushed through an appointment and feel all my questions are taken seriously. Even issues I've had that are clearly unrelated to my MS are addressed. The only issues I've had are with getting a hold of someone by phone, and have rarely been seen at my appointment time (have to wait). The patient portal alleviates all the calling around and hoping.
I had my ablation in May 2017. Gates Vascular was sparkling clean, the professionalism and care for me was top notch from reception to Dr. Bhatia and his entire surgical team. For such a stressful moment they made me stay calm though the entire proceedure. Best medical experience I have ever had. Thank you for my life!
We always saw the NP and never once saw the Dr. Phone calls were rarely returned. I do not recommend this Dr. or the practice. I was excited to get and appt. after reading the Dr's biography but was quickly let down.
