Highly recommend this Doctor, staff is awesome and so understanding they have work with me
not the best experience. This was my first pregnancy and i went with Dr.Puig because he was the only Dr that was taking walk ins and at the time i was living out of town so his office was the one that can see me the soonest. I want to start of by saying that the staff is friendly except for one of the ladies in the front desk she was very rude ( i don’t recall her name but she has glasses and is older) when i get called to back the nurses seem to have an attitude also the wait time is INSANE. Worst experience ever for me and my fiance that she's 6 months pregnant. The nurse, the administrative manager. They don't believe in family orientation and they expect for the patient to know everything. Worst experience going to change to another clinic. I spoke to my fiance. She didn't like it. She thought they were rude too.
