Dr Jager would not listen to me about my pain. I have been in pain from my back and now my neck for several years. I have tried a lot of other things since I am only 29 years old (chiropractor, stretching, inversion tables, traction, tens units, back braces, working out, light therapy, you name it I have been trying) but the pain is now interfering with my life and reducing the things I can do. Dr. Jager has been so helpful in working with me to find alternative options for my pain. He and the staff are always pleasant, provide me with details of the procedures and next steps. I never feel rushed and everyone is always willing to answer any questions I have. I travel from another county to come to him because I trust him. It is hard to find doctors like him.
My niece now needs a Pain Management doctor and I referred her to Dr. Jager. He took care of my pain management needs a few years back and he was outstanding! His staff was caring and the overall experience was excellent. I would never recommend a doctor to my precious niece unless I was absolutely positive about his skills and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Jager!
I have used Dr. Jager over the past 14 years. I had a 9 year period where I did not have any disc problems. He is helping me again, his professionalism and skills is first rate and I highly recommend him.
Incompetent staff. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment call. Finally I called them. They said the referring doctor didn't send all the info they needed, but instead of calling that office, they had done nothing. I had to call the referring office myself and handle it. Upon receiving the updated information, they again did NOTHING. I had to call back the next day and ask for the office manager in order to get an appointment.
