Hello, everyone. I am writing this review because I am deeply disappointed in DRB Homes' use of contractors and their dismissiveness of my complaint. On 02/08/2023, I closed on my brand new DRB home. The model is the Castle Rock II, and like most homeowners, I was excited. The house was a bit pricey for not having a deck and a finished basement, but I continued to go through with the purchase even through the high interest rate that was available at the time. Affordable housing.
You’ve gotta see the new homes on Alloway Drive. They are some beautiful homes. I’m not sure what the prices are but now they are going to make sense. With these even better homes, the prices will actually make sense for a moment. Just get your house inspected after buying it or else there could be some problems. I didn’t have much insulation above my room. Also, there was a very little hole to even be able to step in there. Overall, the homes are looking good and be careful with something’s around the house.
