Customer service and floor plans are great. When purchasing a brand new home, please be aware and expected of multiple warranty calls. Everything is built by hand, so there are some things that are subject to human error. I had lots of things that needed to be fixed since I've moved in. However, they have been very diligent to get them corrected right away.
We performed the final Inspection and the Builder is addressing all issues and making sure the Home is ready. Great job!
Agents are hardly ever on site despite posted hours. Can't get anyone to return phone calls or emails about anything. Working with this builder has been a nightmare. Don't buy here.
