This is the 3rd home that I have built and by far it has been the WORST experience ever. Delay after delay. Preferred lenders are a joke and the company lacks integrity. I was told that if I could not get approved with their lender I could use my own and still get the $10k in closing assistance. Well, after 3 unsuccessful preferred lender attempts, they are refusing to honor their word. No one should be treated this way. Buyer beware.
