Closed on our new built home June 2024, build by Dan Ryan Builders. LVP began chipping and peeling where the plank connects within 13 months of living in the home. Riterug only offers 1 year warranty and has denied repairs or replacing due to a long list of things to not do. My home is well maintenance, groomed, and never live with any pets. FIVE STARS for Danni, Tony, and Nelson at DRB Homes @ Owen Park! We just moved in and we’re in love with our new DRB home. Danni, Tony, and Nelson were extremely professional and right with us every step of the home building process. We can’t say enough about how they all made it such an easy and enjoyable process. The neighborhood is beautiful and we’re so happy to live here:)
We had an outstanding experience working with Danielle Napoli from DRB - Raleigh! From our first conversation to closing day (& afterwards as well!), she has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us getting situated with our new house and move to a new area.
