We stopped by Locke Landing after discovering it on a whim and Tyra is absolutely amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable, and patient as my whole family toured the model. The community is beautiful and a fresh and exciting addition to Baltimore. (Yay!!)
Personally, I have been in Mortgage Banking for over 20 years. Tyra Smith and Chris Duron are consummate professionals. Very knowledgeable about their product, and provide top notch customer service. The Baltimore Peninsula is Baltimore's new "hot spot" (in my opinion) and I recommend this community and Builder without reservation. The new Waterford model is STUNNING. 10 STARS :)
Pricing is fair and right now is the best time to buy early before the neighborhood is built out. Homes are very well built, with attention to detail, and good quality.
