Excellent development
So far they are a great builder to work with. The property of Chase Oaks is gorgeous. If your looking for a new build check it out.
After a couple of years looking for a new community and home in Sussex County, we settled on Chase Oaks. Specifically, a DRB home. Working with Christy on-site has been great, she's a real pro. Looking forward to finishing the build and moving into our new home later this summer!
We built a house… we have a home in a wonderful community at Chase Oaks. Everyone at DRB from Christy Dorman our saleswoman, to Tim our Project Manager and all the workers and craftsmen…respectful…responsible and reliable!
