Beautiful, well built homes. Nice size rooms.
These are the worst builders. An entire team full of incompetent liars. My tub faucet worked perfectly when I initially viewed the home. On the walk though, the water was trickling out and spraying everywhere. Builder told me this was normal and the city’s code for the pressure. Obvious lie, no accountability, no initiative to figure out the issue. I come back for the final walk through and it’s the same. Same lie with the city code. I refused to wire my transfer to close.
