This could have easily been a 5, but slow communications at times and lack of some finishes led to a four. Love the house and the build quality, but little minor things led me to a 4. Would I use them again, yes, because now I know the gotcha's.

Terrible experience. Our floors are spongy and sink significantly when we walk on them in our kitchen. The warranty department won't fix them. Numerous other issues. Pick a different builder!

So first off, the house isn't bad at all. They did however lie to get you too not complain. First was our damaged siding, that still hasn't been fixed. We've lived here over a year. They also told us they were going to build a retaining wall to hold the back hillside, which they didn't. They continued to lie until the remaining houses were built and just jetted. Now no one will take responsibility. Just whatever they say they will do, have it in writing.

Absolutely terrible experience. They do not follow up with you on anything once you buy the house. The craftsmanship of the home appears to be abysmal based on the water staining I see on my ceiling. The times I've had repairmen out to address the litany of issues i've had with the house they've proceeded to tell me how Dan Ryan's shoddy craftsmanship is keeping them in business. Don't buy, and certainly don't trust DRB.
