On August 1st, 2025 I toured a property and was told there was a 3.99% 5/1 ARM financing offer on a select three units. I immediately applied and was pre-approved for the home. After applying and getting pre-approved, all within 24 hours, the the financing offer was withdrawn for those units. DRB homes had my contact information the whole time. This is a bait and switch marketing scam and highly unethical. I would never trust a company to build my home that can't even follow through on basic financing terms.
The DRB Homes Charlotte team is professional and responsive. Great quality in craftsmanship. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy home builder.
