We just closed on our beautiful home in Summerwind Crossing. DRB Elevate knocked it out of the park. This is my second build with DRB and the best. Caroline, Karen, and Shane are top-notch. Everything about this build just felt right from beginning to end. We were not interested in building again, but Caroline convinced us otherwise. I love my pocket office and the beautiful options available. If you are looking for an adult community, check out DRB Elevate at Summerwind Crossing. You will be glad you did!
Outstanding!!! Building a home and just finished with Design Center picking out finishes. We saw everything in Cane Bay and if your looking , you have to see this development . Smaller Community and what you get for your value with the design I believe beats other communities ..Our Sales Rep Karen Fitzgerald answered countless questions as we were long distance thru the process ...When finished this community looks to be a gem.
