I live here for 2 years now. It was great till the other communities are using our Amenitys. We have to constantly policing our community because DRB or our HOA seem to don't care. We have people vanvandalizing or community. Breaking into our dog parks ,vandalized our pickleball courts . Jumping over or gates for our pool and when asked to leave they cause problems. 2 people even threaten 2 older 70 plus year old people after cops have been call that we will be back. Builder couldn't sell lots so they dropped the prices drastically which killed the property values for existing residents who paid premium prices. Biggest mistake was purchasing a property here.
Kevin and his DRB team have been amazing to work with. We highly recommend and appreciate all they do!!! Shane is great to have when working with the trades too. Our home is beautiful and built very well!
