We scheduled an appointment with Mr. Shane Kalivretenos for 1 pm at the Amblebroook 55+ Active Adult Living Single-Family Homes on August 16, 2025. We traveled from Virginia, which took two hours, and arrived early. At the welcome center, the courteous ladies provided us with valuable information and escorted us to the model home for our scheduled appointment. I am breaking with the string of glowing recommendations because I feel an obligation to tell the truth. I am pleased with the Amblebrook community as a whole, however DRB has been lacking in nearly every respect. While there were assertions made during the sales process that were not based on fact, my more serious concern is the lack of quality in construction. I am not alone in my concerns as nearly everyone I know has significant complaints. I engaged a 3rd party inspector for the pre-drywall and final inspections. It was... read more

I couldn't be happier, neighbors are very friendly, activities are amazing, the properties are beautiful. Shane Kalivretenos was our sales person, he guided us with every question we had.
Shane was wonderful throughout the process of building our home at Amblebrook. He was very responsive, respectful and always willing to go the extra mile!
