Ever since I’ve started using this office I’ve been treated like crap, I was turned away for my sons 2 month check up due to a mix up with Medicaid and when I told the I was a single mom and couldn’t afford self pay they told me they wouldn’t do self pay with me because they couldn’t trust that I would pay, against my better judgment, I still went and seen Dr. Azim, when we finally got in for his two month shots he was a month late and he told me that the baby was perfect! Dr. Azim LISTENS TO UNDERSTAND! Many doctors only listen to respond, but he makes sure I feel heard as a parent, & doesn't wrap up the visit until he is certain that our needs have been met. He is so patient with my kids even when rowdy & crying, and they lobe him as well. He is a rare find!
