Making the initial appointment and sunsequent appointments were easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The therapists were excellent and explained what they were doing and why. All of my appointments started on time. I would definitely recommend them for your physical therapy needs.
Walked me thru each step. Very welcoming. Made me feel very comfortable. Didn't force anything on me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for physical therapy.
This was my first experience with physical therapy. From the minute I walked in the building, Gwen was super helpful. Then Erin assured me that she had seen other people with my similar symptoms, and she knew how to help fix me. Physical therapy isn’t easy, But the people at Drayer make it feel like you have a team encouraging you to push yourself to get better. The schedule to “make your appointment” really helps me to want to push myself to get better. If you need help, check these people out.
