I walked in not being able to lift my left arm from my side and after only two treatments I was able to lift my arm above my head. I was amazed.The professionalism of this group is beyond expression and they make you feel like you are part of a family who really cares about your situation and pain. Big shout out and thanks to the physical therapy staff at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute - you guys are the BEST! I made it through homecoming and walked over 27K between Friday and Saturday...38k steps including Thursday...and I had no issues with my foot! Considering I’ve only been out the boot for a month and started off still limited to 3,500 steps, this is a huge accomplishment!
Safe and friendly environment! They helped me after my accident and I'd recommend any of their staff to help. They are all very caring, informative and listen to your individual needs!

I am forever grateful for my Drayer family! I became a patient after a car accident left me with multiple hip fractures and I couldn’t walk without pain or an assistive device. My recovery was a roller coaster of emotional, mental and physical endurance. They kept me motivated and encouraged every step of the way, even at times when I was mentally exhausted. These people are dangerous. They caused nerve pain where I had never had it before. I think the problem is they start the patient on an exercise and go off to tend to another patient, chat with someone else or fiddle with the computer. The fourth therapist I saw actually watched how I was moving and discovered the source of one of my problems. Yes, they are nice and friendly but that hardly counts if they are making you worse. They should give each patient their undivided attention.
This is fantastic facility, very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly, providing excellent care.
