after multiple session with our son and seeing no results we took him to a specialist in Birmingham and learned that the PT being given was actually making things worse for him. Then after we stopped doing PT here they send us a massive bill (while we tried to pay on the visits, they always said we didnt owe for the session and took no payments from us then). we set up a billing plan with their offices and then literally 11 days later get a notice from a collection agency that we've been turned over for collections. the staff is taking amazing care of our son. I would like to ask (no beg) that you provide better chairs for those of us waiting in the lobby. They are HORRIBLE and most uncomfortable. i may need PT after sitting in them an hour while I wait.
Today was my first PT appointment here and my first time visiting. Experience today was great. The staff and therapists are very nice, polite and very professional. Highly recommended.
There suppose to spend a hour with there patients and seldom do, being to busy with other patients when it's your hours time !
The staff at drayer is amazing. I have been going there since January of this year. I would reccomend to all my friends and family that need physical therapy
The PT's there are compassionate and caring and very knowledgeable
I am a current patient receiving therapy and have enjoyed ALL the therapist and staff here at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute. I have improved, hoping not to have shoulder surgery. All the staff also show true concern for you which is nice and have pleasant personalities and are helpful when needed. The Administrative staff are very efficient, helpful always as well. Can’t say enough. Thanks! Drayer!!
