good job, but not very friendly Draw Drape cleaners does a good job cleaning your drapes, but they sure aren't very friendly. We've taken a few things here, mainly because it's close to our house.
When or if they will show up! Last year had shades repaired by Draw Drape Cleaners. They had a very friendly staff and did a great job. This year the shade broke in the same spot on the cord connect. I called and they said they could come out and repair. I made appointment...waited...no call back ...no one came. I called again ..they said that they would fix for free and made appointment...I waited...no call and no one came out. Two days lost so far. I called again. I thought they were AMAZING! A houseguest dumped red wine on my cream colored livingroom drapes. They got the stain out of my "dry clean only" drapes without ruining them because they had to wash them by hand with cleaner! I couldn't be happier with the service or outcome.
