I’ve been seeing Dr.Draud for almost 10 years. There has been times I have missed calls or late on payments and they have always worked with me. Dr.Draud has always worked to keep myself & medications on the right track. Jessie is my favorite. She has always been prompt and great with communication. Thank you guys!
Dr Draud is the best psychiatrist. He works with you and is empathetic. He is great with not only medications to help you be the best person you can be but he really cares! I would not want to go to anyone else! I am so glad he is in Nashville! Great physician. Dr Drauds ‘office manager is also so sweet. She is very efficient at making sure your medications gets reordered and makes you feel very welcome.
I’ve been with Dr. Draud for almost 20 years. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. He is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I’ve known, They have always called in medicine to my pharmacy anytime I’ve needed it, and returned my calls promptly. I would recommend Dr. Draud to anyone.
After 20 years of seeing Dr. Draud I was suddenly referred to another physician without any explanation whatsoever. Additionally, over those 20 years of seeing him, I don’t think I’ve ever had an in-person visit or phone appointment that lasted over 2-3 minutes max. He’s very nice and pleasant and has never failed to renew my medication, but after being inexplicably fired as a patient for no reason whatsoever I’m finally ready to tell the truth: this doctor is as nonchalant as possible without being flippant.
