I love Drapery Works! They have great quality for the best prices. Also, the staff is very attentive, detailed, and experienced.
Went thru Costco and purchased some composite shutters . Drapery Works came out and installed their product on 2-19. A couple screws have fallen out of the railing that fasten to their product. Called to see if they can repair their work. They want to charge us $125 minimum. In this installation of their product , their product that they claim that has a lifetime warranty, failed. They have not lived up to their Lifetime warranty on their product.
I just completed a total custom window coverings order for my offices in San Juan Capistrano with Drapery Works. I believe there were 18 window coverings in all. The customer service was excellent. The sales agent was professional and had an installer out in a timely manor. I feel I received a great value and do recommend this company for any custom window coverings or automated blinds.
