I love Drapery Works! They have great quality for the best prices. Also, the staff is very attentive, detailed, and experienced.
Went thru Costco and purchased some composite shutters . Drapery Works came out and installed their product on 2-19. A couple screws have fallen out of the railing that fasten to their product. Called to see if they can repair their work. They want to charge us $125 minimum. In this installation of their product , their product that they claim that has a lifetime warranty, failed. They have not lived up to their Lifetime warranty on their product.
