I HAVE ORDERED FOR 35 YEARS AND MOSTLY BEEN EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH SERVICE & MERCHANDISE. HOWEVER MY RECENT EXPERIENCE HAS TURNED ME AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT. I ORDERED TWO PAIR OF CAPRIS, TOTAL $64.79. I RETURNED BOTH PAIR AND WAS SHOCKED AND VERY UNHAPPY WHEN THE REFUND THEY POSTED TO ME WAS $39.81. THEIR REPLY WAS THAT WAS THE ONLY REFUND I HAD COMING, SO I ENDED UP PAYING $24.98 JUST TO LOOK AT THE CAPRIS AND SEND THEM BACK. NO BUSINESS HAS EVER PULLED THIS.
