Lauren was fantastic. She came on time and called when she said she would. Jim, her husband was very good as well. He installed our window treatments and there was no mess to clean up. We are building anoither home and Lauren and Jim will be an intrical part of the design and installation. Great people and great competitive prices. They are the only ones that have the draperies made on premisis. They do not contaract out like everyone else.
