This was the absolute worst rental experience ever! This place will rip you off every chance they get, the walls were paper thin, I called for maintenance several times and no one ever got back to me and then they ended up charging me for the things I asked for anyway, they had ridiculous fees every month and no one could ever explain to me exactly what they were for, the staff was rude and incompetent, they had broken down/stolen cars in the parking lot that took up a lot of the useable parking spaces, they came into my apa... read more

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience since moving into the Draper Village Apartments. Aside from the location (which is excellent; close to a plethora of shops and restaurants, and also 1 minute from the freeway), the management has been extremely responsive to all questions and concerns. I've never had an email go unreturned and the response time is less than one day (usually less than one hour). We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
I made a move from only a 1/4 mile away, which I really didn't need to make. But Ashley was unbelievably helpful with learning about Draper Village, as well as helping address any issues or answer any questions when I decided to rent an apartment from Draper Village. She has been responsive, and quite honestly, just a very nice individual to deal with. I am beyond excited with the decision to move and I am really looking forward to living in Draper Village. She made the experience effortless.
