Unless you want some serious issues then dont live here. This place is a dump. It looks and feels like it hasnt been taken care of for the last ten years. My wife and I could not even sleep in our bedroom because the mold and smell were such problems. We moved into the living room, but that didnt even help for long because the kitchen sink started having mold and stink issues as well. We lived in a 2 bedroom back in 2006-2007, its pretty small but the heat works great and the noise level is pretty minimal for the most part. We did have a few problems with management. They tore part of the ceiling out in the kitchen when we had a water leak and didnt bother to replace it until the day we moved out (2 wks after initial tear down), so we had to cook with an umbrella over the stove because little moldly stuff would occasionally fall.
