Dr. Draper is a really great Doctor. Very caring and gentle when examining patients. He is also a great surgeon. I have been his patient for 30 years and he has done 7 or 8 surgeries on me. Each with EXCELLENT outcomes. He and his office staff have always felt like family until Brandy came after Dave retired. She is always short and nasty towards patients. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Would you recommend this orthopedic surgeon to others? Absolutely Not Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I called to make an appointment & after the first ring, someone picked up & immediately hung up on me. I called back & after the first ring someone picked up, but placed me on hold. They didn't even say "hellol". I listed to the annoying "wait" music for about 5 minutes before an automated machine finally picked up telling me to leave a message. Once again, I tried calling back & once again, someone picked up & I was immediately hung up on. I understand that places are busy or short staffed, but come on! Dr. Draper just lost... read more
