Dr. Rubisch cares more about stuffing his pockets with money than patients. My insurance moved him to out of network and when he billed my insurance the claim was denied. He than added $200 to the bill and TOLD me to pay for the full amount. I've been a loyal patient of his for years and he told me to pay 225% more than what he billed the insurance company....have some compassion for your patients!!!!
