We loved the staff and Doctor here, but the prices are ridiculous. They up charge you on everything and we took our dogs to another office down the street and were charged almost half the cost of what we were being charged here. It was pretty disappointing to say the least.
People be warned. You are getting ripped off. Prices else where are about half of what they charge. Their puppy package is unnecessary procedures to get you to pay more. You can get the same package somewhere else for the same price but it will include the neuter.
We have taken our pets to see Dr. Chapman for years and now we take them to his own facility Draper Animal Hospital. Great staff ! You could not take your pets to a better place or vet than Dr. Chapman. A great vet and even better person. Thanks to you and your staff. Dean and Pattie
Nothing but high praise for Dr. Chapman and his extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our sweetheart dog Murphy got diagnosed with colon cancer a few months ago. As his illness progressed he received excellent care here. Dr. Chapman and his staff were very respectful and compassionate, both towards our family and Murphy as we ultimately had to let go of Murphy. The aftercare we received was stellar! It is pretty clear that these people really care about pets and their adopted parents...
Dr. Chapman & his staff are beyond incredible. My visit was extremely thorough and Dr. Chapman made sure to answer all of my questions. I felt at ease once we were done. He took his time to get my dog to warm up to him and you really can tell this man has a passion for what he does. Thank you for being such a welcoming place! We will always go back to Draper Animal Hospital.
The Staff and Dr Chapman were very compassionate and professional at a very tough time. We had to put down our beloved dog. They did everything to make the process the best it could be. Dr Chapman and the staff showed kindness while clearly explaining what to expect. We will be happy to use Draper Animal Hospital with a future pet.
