Ray went above and beyond helping us get our pre-approval and loan. We were guided throughout the whole process and he answered any and all questions we had, and addressed things we hadn’t even thought of. Ray was even able to get us a quick close which helped us secure our first home. We couldn’t be happier with Ray and the whole process. Due to a few dings on my credit report, I was denied a refinance through Chase bank. My credit score was sitting at 633. Everything i read online suggested to not pay the creditors and my credit would suffer for another 7 years. Given really poor advice from another local lender to accept a FHA loan and then after work on fixing my credit. Then i contacted Raymond Bravo from DK Mortgage. He advised me on my best options.
