When the tech came he was great. The staff was great at first. But when it came for follow up I never heard from anyone. I even reached out and never got a call back. On July 2 he told me to keep the ac off til he returned. Well it’s been over a month and he still hasn’t returned. They just sent me a bill for that visit. We called Buds up. They came out promptly and fixed the issue on the initial visit.
Only got an estimate so far, but was a great experience. Very kind, knowledgeable, professional!! Update: I got the repairs done, once again a great experience!! The techs we're wonderful and did a high quality job!! I will only use Dran's from now on!!!👍👍
My experience was great with Marcus. Friendly and customer service was great. He explained everything to me and my daughter over the phone he differently have our business.
I contacted Drans because my dryer was not functioning properly, and I wanted someone to clean out the vent. They came out within an hour and a half and thoroughly clean the ducting and showed me pictures of before and after. The two gentlemen that came out were extremely professional and very efficient.
Today's visit was to return to install a new A/C unit. The technicians were Truth, Vick and Trevis. They were very professional and friendly, telling us everything they would be doing or needed to do. When they finished, they cleaned everything up and explained how the system would work to my husband and my daughter. I have been nothing short of pleased with Dran's Heating & A/C. I am glad I chose them for this service.
