My technician, Kobe was very thorough with his assessment of my current dual zone HVAC system. He explained the current status of my system, it's age and it's performance in heating and cooling efficiency - which wasn't very good - proven by my very expensive energy bills over the winter months. Kobe gave me several options to fully replace my HVAC system and explained those options in great detail. I appreciate all the HVAC knowledge he possessed too. He was very familiar with the products and the HVAC industry.
