My first impression of her when I met her was not a good one. She was questioning me why I was seeing her. I was there for a Parathyroid she insisted it was a kidney issue not an Endocrinologist issue. Went to a Nephrologist my kidney was within normal ranges. She ordered labs and she insisted I go through Labcorp or Quest. I informed her my insurance doesn't cover these. She said well OK. Second time was a follow up. Dr. Anna is one of the best doctors that I know. She is always very pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I have been going to her for almost 10 years now and feel that I am very fortunate to have found her!

Less than 30 seconds to do ultrasound of thyroid. Said it looked perfect, but missed my thyroid condition. Also did not want to trea my adrenal insufficiency as I need higher doses of steroids to treat my OTHER inflammatory conditions, where if I take a minimal dose as reccomended for solely adrenals, I end up in the hospital and often into an adrenal crisis. So instead of helping in any way, was pretty much dismissed.

I have been a patient for a couple of years. I am so done with the NASTY PEOPLE UP FRONT of the office. They now have made me find a new Dr. I was scheduled since 7/20/2023 from the card the front office filled out for Ultrasound on 1/26/2024 at 2:00 PM. The girl on the phone said you are scheduled for 1/25/2024 I said I'm not. She said we would not schedule you on a Friday because the Dr is not here. She’s an absolutely fantastic doctor, She is gone above and beyond for my thyroid condition/genetic disorder. I was absolutely shocked received so many after hours calls following up on labs radiology with true concern for my condition. I work in the medical field for over 20 years, I work with doctors everyday day and I can she truly cares about her patients.
