The Property is under New Management, and our apologies to those tenants whom felt their needs were not met under old management.
I resided for 2 years at one of the apartments that are managed by Drangan property management, and I have to say they have been super attentive to the needs / request when reported. Work orders done in a timely manner, hallways always clean, friendly maintenance staff as well.
I rented a Lakewood apartment for a year on Madison. Nic, the apartment "manager" was very unprofessional. My ceiling had a leak in it all year long, which continued to grow. I had a broken bathroom window, one bedroom window didn't open and the other opened just enough for me to fit my air unit in. The paint job was done so very poor and cheap. Shady and money hungry. If you're thinking of renting from this place if I were you I'd consider a shelter before renting this roach and rat infested dump. Management and owners are crooks whose only objective is to take your money.
Do not rent from this company! Shady slumlords with absolutely no way to contact anyone.
