Waited 5 months for an appointment to the rapid access pain clinic for back pain then was declined. They didn't even contact me once about the referral, or to let me know they were declining me. Rapid access apparently means waiting 5 months while in pain to be told "no go somewhere else and wait again."
I am really confused on how to do this review . I am giving it 3 stars because I did my epidural spinal injection and it worked. I was having really bad lower back pain and after seein dr Andrew the pain went 24 hours after the first injection . Now let me tell you why I will never see this doctor again . He is rude , he treats patients like cattle . As I walked in and sat down , he asked me if I have any questions . I said yes , and asked him a question and he did not answer it . I recently had an iron infusion at Dr. Andrew’s clinic and truly had a great experience. Everything went smoothly and I felt well looked after from the moment I arrived. NP Cindy and Dr. Andrew were both very polite, attentive, and professional. They took the time to check on me, made sure I was comfortable, and explained things clearly, which really helped me feel at ease during the visit.

Dr Andrew Yu and his staff were professional, courteous and very considerate. When I showed up 2hrs early because I was confused about my appointment time, he fit me in promptly. I’d happily see him again!
