Great office and dental staff. Horrible phone system trying to reach someone to reschedule appointment. Two different times now, multiple calls dropped back to back after waiting on hold.
Friendly and courteous
Friendly but not so great with fillings or night guards. Left to San Antonio to get a filling fixed and u bought a night guard on amazon for $23 and it fits better
Very professional and all the people were kind. Doctor explained everything in detail the options I could go with to help with my issues.
After going to progreso for dental work for so long, I was able to get insurance through my job. I did my research for dentists here in the valley and came across Dr.Smith. Reading nothing but good reviews so I decided to go with this one too. Best experience ever!! Not to mention cheaper too!! I paid $170 for 2 extractions VS in Mexico, but mostly covered by my insurance of course.
