This experience is not mine but my friends. He has broken his upper plate and came to Smith Dental for a replacement. He had had the plate about a month and the new plate cracked. He came in to have them looked at and had to have another new plate made. Each time, of course, it’s the “labs” fault that it takes so long. He would call the office to check on them, the office staff didn’t know anything, would say they would call him back, but they didn’t for 3 days. Finally. Young Dr Smith was so gracious that he continued with Old man Dr Smith’s braces patient even though that wasn’t his specialty getting her teeth ready for the public after several years of working on them.. They look great and she was very happy with the results..May God reward you with what you deserve for being a very attentive and caring dentist..
