This is for the poor customer service from the receptionist, which obviously is a reflection on the overall service. I was trying to book in, being in extreme pain, due to ongoing recession problems with my gums. While I had previously had top gum grafted, I hadn't been able to afford the bottoms at that time also. Main issue was getting my tooth chipped during my clean. Yes I was warned that my teeth may chip but this incident seemed completely avoidable if the guy didn’t put all his weight into trying to remove what he didn’t realise was was part of my tooth. What made it worse is that both the doctor and assistant paused when it happened and then quickly vacuumed the chip up, hoping I wouldn’t realise since I had a local anaesthetic! Very professional!! I don't like going to the Dentist but I had to get my bleeding sore gums sorted out. Glad that I found Dr Prabhu and got it fixed. I was worried about the pain, but it honestly did not pain very much at all. Would recommend.
