You guys done a great job on my wife's car
Service department was clueless on how to install mats in the trunk of my Acadia. Part of the mat requires tools to cut out a square for the strap that breaks the seat down. The personnel in the service department cut these out with their own personal dull pocket knives. The mats looked terrible as they left little chunks in the cut out and they also cut it outside the appropriate area. Will never order through Dralle again.
I had got enough of work, and as I was walking up to my car, I noticed oil under the front of the car. I worked close two Dralle Chevrolet, so I thought I would stop there and ask them to check my car. It was 4:30 in the afternoon, they would be closing at 5:00 .... a lot of places wouldn't even give you the time of the day coming in at that time of the afternoon when they're getting off work.
