This was our first foray into selling a home, and Drakulich Realty was a pleasure to work with. The entire team was kind, patient, and very compassionate. They understood the emotions that come with such a major life change. My family highly recommends working with Bryan and his team. They lied, I signed a contract that I was told was only attached to one property but the fine print says otherwise. Now I'd be forced to work with them for a year no matter the property I buy. Marika wasn't even organized. She showed me one home but gave me two data sheets for an unrelated property and gave me wrong information throughout the showing. I can't trust her to do her job but I can't choose someone else?

When the time came to sell my house, I was told by a friend, that Bryan would be the perfect person to help me. From the very first meeting he calmed my worries and helped to put my mind at ease. Bryan and his team made the entire process run like clockwork. Whenever I had a question or concern it was taken care of right away. My experience with Bryan and his entire team was wonderful!
Bryan and his firm are the best!!! We have done many house transactions over the years and always have been completely satisfied. The last couple have involved probate and trust estate issues and Bryan has made it happen in the best way possible for us. Several years ago we made a full price cash offer on a house with a nice earnest money check. After a short time, we decided that we didn't want the house! Believe it or not; we got our earnest money back without any problem...Thanks to Bryan. Now that's the best ain't it!!!
